When a relationship is initiated with JLT Capital to grow a Fund's assets, a Manager can expect:
- A Comprehensive Business Development Plan: Jointly developed and tailored to your specific Fund, with agreed upon short, medium and long-term goals, that includes the appropriate/desired Sales, Marketing and Client Relationship Management components.
- Systematic Execution: Implementation of the business development plan will be highly targeted by channel and investor type. Regular communications will provide activity summaries and market feedback.
- Total Commitment To Achieving Success: Because we work with a very limited number of clients, there is tremendous focus and commitment to each client's success. Our highly selective process assures that only high quality managers are represented, and our success-oriented compensation structure completely aligns interests.
